တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ ဟိုင်နန်ပြည်နယ်တွင် ကျင်းပသော Boao Forum 2025 နှစ်ပတ်လည်ညီလာခံတွင် မိန့်ခွန်းပြောကြားစဉ် ဒေါက်တာယူနွတ်စ်က မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင်း ကြာရှည်စွာ ဖြစ်ပွားနေသော အကျပ်အတည်းသည် ဒေသတွင်း တည်ငြိမ်မှုအတွက် ခြိမ်းခြောက်မှုဖြစ်နေကြောင်း ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။
ဘင်္ဂလားဒေ့ရှ်နိုင်ငံသည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှ အတင်းအဓမ္မ နှင်ထုတ်ခံခဲ့ရသော ရိုဟင်ဂျာဒုက္ခသည် ၁.၂ သန်းကျော်ကို လက်ခံထားရပြီး လူမှုရေး၊ စီးပွားရေးနှင့် သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ဆိုင်ရာ ပြဿနာများကို ခံစားနေရသည်။ ဒေါက်တာယူနွတ်စ်ကလည်း ကုလသ မဂ္ဂအတွင်းရေးမှူးချုပ်က မကြာသေးမီက ရိုဟင်ဂျာဒုက္ခသည်စခန်းသို့ သွားရောက်ခဲ့ကြောင်း ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။
၂၀၁၇ ခုနှစ်တွင် ဘင်္ဂလားဒေ့ရှ်နိုင်ငံက ရိုဟင်ဂျာဒုက္ခသည်များကို သောင်းနဲ့ချီ၍ လက်ခံခဲ့ပြီး မြန်မာနိုင်ငံနှင့် ပြန်လည်ခေါ်ယူရေး သဘောတူညီချက် လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးခဲ့သည်။ သို့သော် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံဘက်မှ ပျက်ကွက်မှုကြောင့် ပြန်လည်ပို့ဆောင်ရေး လုပ်ငန်း စဉ် မစတင်နိုင်သေးကြောင်း ဘင်္ဂလားဒေ့ရှ်နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနက ထုတ်ပြန်ထားသည်။
လေ့လာသုံးသပ်သူများက မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသား ရိုဟင်ဂျာဒုက္ခသည်များကို ပြန်လည်လက်ခံခြင်းသာ တစ်ခုတည်းသော ဖြေရှင်းနည်းဖြစ်ကြောင်း၊ အချိန်ကြာမြင့်လာသည့်အခါ ဒေသတွင်း မတည်ငြိမ်မှုများ ပိုမိုဆိုးရွားလာနိုင်ကြောင်း သတိပေးပြောကြားထားသည်။
