General Mr. Nobi Hossain, son of Mostak Ahmed and a resident of Ward-2, Taung Pro Lawa, North Maungdaw Township, Arakan State, Myanmar, is known as the Commander-in-Chief of the Arakan Rohingya Army (ARA).
