General Mr. Nobi Hossain, son of Mostak Ahmed and a resident of Ward-2, Taung Pro Lawa, North Maungdaw Township, Arakan State, Myanmar, is known as the Commander-in-Chief of the Arakan Rohingya Army (ARA). Since 2017, he has dedicated himself to serving and supporting the Rohingya people by providing basic necessities, advocating/revolutionary for their rights, and working toward justice and recognition for the Rohingya community in their ancestral homeland.
